A presentation promoting the National Census, which takes place
across England and Wales on 27 March, is set to be held at The
Glasshouse, Bethnal Green.
The meeting is open to all residents in Tower Hamlets who are
interested in finding out more about the Census and why it matters
to them.
The presentation, brought by the Office for National
Statistics (ONS), will be followed by a short question and answer
session and brief talk about the roles of the 290 Census Collectors
working in Tower Hamlets.
ONS is the UK Government's main survey organisation. They
produce official statistics for the government, as well as design,
manage and run the Census in England and Wales.
The presentation runs from 7pm to 7:30pm on
Tuesday (March 1) at The Glasshouse, Parkview Estate, 161 Old Ford
Road, London E2 9QB.
