New look. New counters. Better service

At THH we know most of our customers prefer to
get in touch by email, by phone or by going online. But we
understand that there are times when you need to talk to us face to
face.
That’s why, from the 1st February
2010, we’re having our own housing experts on the counters in our
housing offices. So we can deal with your housing problems and
provide you with the advice you need in person.
So whether it’s a problem with your rent or a
faulty boiler you need help with, you’ll find one of our in store
advisors ready and waiting to speak to you.
And that’s not all we’re changing. We’re
sprucing up our housing offices, too. Watch out for our new,
yellow and black customer service signs.
