Mystery shopping training is a hit with residents
Residents trained
to assess Tower Hamlets Homes
On Saturday 7 February 2009, 12 residents took
part in a training session on how to become resident mystery
shoppers. The session was informal as well as informative, feedback
from those taking part included:
“Brilliant afternoon”
“Thoroughly enjoyed the session”
“I really enjoyed today and I am looking
forward to the next step”.
The session included fun interactive tasks
which helped improve observation and listening skills. Residents
learnt how they can help improve services and questions to ask when
carrying out their shops.

All 12 residents will be making 5 shops each
over a two week period and recording the results which will be
analysed. Feed back will be given to residents and results
published in the next edition of Open Door and on our
website.
