Getting to grips with ASB 

Claire Demmel joins Tower Hamlets Homes as our new ASB Prevention and Enforcement Manager. She will be focussing on improving resident satisfaction, how we manage anti social behaviour, and strengthening our partnerships with the police and other agencies.

“We know ASB is such an important issue for residents. I want to drive through real service improvement, so residents can have confidence we’re doing everything we can to tackle the problem.” said Claire.

“Residents should really notice the difference – and soon. July will see Tower Hamlets Homes set up a specialist ASB team to investigate incidents and co-ordinate action. Residents experiencing antisocial behaviour will be kept up to date with the action that’s being taken. Starting this summer I’ll be making sure residents have a real voice – through a new RESPECT group - in developing our approach for tackling drug use and supply; youth disorder and provision, as well as our own CCTV strategy.” she added.
