Decoration packs for new tenants 

Every new tenant moving into a THH home will soon receive their very own decoration pack (excludes those moving into temporary homes and mutual exchange applicants).

Everything you need to give your home a fresh new look - brushes, paints, rollers, dust sheets, filler, paint tray and much more – is set to be delivered straight to your door when you move.

The new packs replace the current decoration allowance, which, after talking to residents, is set to be phased out. Residents said that the packs were much more convenient than receiving an allowance. The packs also offer better value because we save time and money on administration –money we can put back into the service where it is needed most.

Partially sighted tenants will be able to choose from a range of colours schemes that not only complement each other but also provide a good level of contrast to help them get around their home more easily.
