Putting our customer promise under the spotlight – asking
residents what they want

Our Customer Promise went under the spotlight
in April when we asked residents from our Getting Involved Register
what they thought about it, and whether they thought it
reflected the things that are important to them.
We received some really useful comments from
residents, which we will include in our new Customer Promise.
Resident Frederic Sibille, Bethnal Green told us what he thought
and found himself the lucky winner of £50 vouchers! Mr Sibille
said: “I am always looking at ways to get involved and by giving my
feedback, I feel as though I am really
contributing.”
We will use our new Customer Promise to
monitor our performance and let residents know how we are
doing.
