Are you a Tower Hamlets Homes tenant or leaseholder who wants to help us improve our services for residents?

At Tower Hamlets Homes we believe that the best way to deliver great services is by listening to what you have to tell us – and then acting on it.

That is why we are setting up a new group for residents to help shape what we do, how we work, and help to build a better Tower Hamlets Homes.

We are looking for 15 residents, from across the Borough, to join a Residents’ Panel, to help us develop our neighbourhood action plans and take part in monthly inspections to make sure your local area is up to scratch.

You will provide feedback on what you have found – things we do well, and areas in which we can improve.

Membership is voluntary, but panel members will receive full training and support, plus travel and other expenses.
