Keeping track of your complaint
We keep things simple and try to sort things out on the spot. But
in case things take longer we will always keep you informed of
progress and any delays.
A fair system
We treat all complaints in a fair and equal way. The way we
handle your complaint does not affect your legal rights or your
right to take things up with our board, your local Councillor or
Member of Parliament. Their names and surgery times are available
from your local Idea Store, library or by contacting Tower Hamlets
Council.
