but like any organisation we can make mistakes.
We want to hear when we do a great
job, or if we get something wrong so that we learn from
our mistakes and improve our services to you.
You can give feedback
Online comments, compliments or complaint form
We will acknowledge your
feedback within two working days, and pass it to the
relevant Service Manager.

Fill in our Complaints Satisfaction survey and you could win a
Complete a Complaints Satisfaction
Survey and return it to us in the pre-paid envelope
provided and you will be automatically entered into our
prize draw for one of four £50 shopping vouchers.
You will receive a Complaints Satisfaction
Survey with our Stage 1 Complaint response.
We hold four draws a year.
