pleased to hear when we do a great job or if we get something
wrong. That’s why we welcome your feedback so we can learn from our
mistakes and improve our services to you.

You will receive your
Complaints Satisfaction Survey along with a pre-paid envelope for
you to use with your response from Tower Hamlets Homes to your
Stage 1 Complaint.
Simply return the survey to us in the pre-paid envelope and
you will automatically be entered into our prize draw for one of
four £50 shopping vouchers.
