Service standards

Tower Hamlets Homes wants all residents to
receive great services. With the help of residents, we have
developed these service standards so that you know what to expect
from the services we deliver to you.
Our overall promise sets out what you can
expect whenever you contact us or meet our staff. These are backed
up by more detailed service standards for each service that we
provide to you.
We believe the best way to deliver great
services is by listening to what you have to tell us and then
acting on it – so, if we don't keep our promises or stick to our
standards, please let us know.
We regularly measure and test how we're
meeting these service standards, and we report back the results to
residents.
