Information and communications
On this page you'll find all the information
and communications produced by Tower Hamlets Homes in one
place. Everything from information about our services
and the standards you can expect to back copies of our
newsletters and our agendas and board minutes.
You can read the information online, download it or print
it. You can also pick up copies of the factsheets and leaflets
you're interested in from your Local Service Centre.
To read, download or print our communications you'll need a copy
of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. Acrobat Reader can be
downloaded for free from the Adobe website.

Your communication needs
We want all our residents to understand what we do and how to
access our services which is why all our local service centres can
provide help in understanding things, face
to face. But we
also know some of our residents need extra help.
We can provide some of our information in alternative formats
including large print, audio tape or CD or Braille and in our main
community languages. We support people in learning English but we
know that some of our older Bengali, Somali and Vietnamese
residents will continue to need language support.
We don't routinely translate our information but if someone has
a need we'll do our best to meet it.
We can keep you updated about what information becomes available
in your preferred format or language. You can let us know if you
would like us to do this by completing an
online enquiry form.
To make sure our residents receive the best possible
service, all Tower Hamlets Homes services are developing service
charters with our residents, board members and staff which set out
what the service does, how to get in touch and how you can
expect to be treated whichever service you use.
Our wide range of factsheets tell you about what we
do in more detail and about your rights and responsibilities.
We're committed to being accountable to our residents and making
sure our decisions are transparent. You can find out what's coming
up and what decisions are made by reading our reports and
minutes.
Open Door is your regular round-up of news and
information about your housing service and what Tower
Hamlets Homes is doing to improve your homes and estates.
Taking Part is a regular newsletter for
residents keen to get involved in improving our services and
estates. It provides information about what's coming up and reports
back on events and consultation exercises.
