Our Customer Promise
To make sure we deliver our services to the best possible
standard that our residents expect, we have developed a
customer promise with our board members, residents and
staff.
Our promise sets out how you can expect to be
treated whenever you contact Tower Hamlets Homes and however you
choose to contact us - on the phone, by email, letter, fax or
in person.
Our promise is part of our drive to deliver
excellent services. We think of it as a contract between Tower
Hamlets Homes and our residents, which ever service you
use.
You can expect us to do our best to make sure
all our residents are treated fairly and that
we keep our promises to you. You can also expect us to report
back on how well we do in our residents newsletter, Housing
Matters, and our annual report.
