Condensation
Condensation can cause damage to your property and, in the
long run, may cause permanent damage to some parts of the structure
of the building.
It can be difficult to tell the difference
between condensation and damp.As a rule, condensation is likely to
occur in areas where there is not much movement, such as in
corners, cupboards or bathrooms.
You can take a number of steps to prevent
condensation in your home.
Try to reduce the moisture produced in your home by closing the
kitchen door when cooking, and drying clothes in the bathroom with
the door closed.
Ventilate your home from time to time by
opening windows at both sides of the property.
