When will I receive an invoice and when do I have to pay it?

 

We will send you an estimated service charge invoice on or before the 1 April and a separate invoice for your ground rent. 

You will receive your actual service charge invoice on or before the 30th September.

Included with your estimated service charge invoice will be a “Summary of Rights and Obligations” and an invoice for payment.

You need to pay your estimated service charge invoice in advance over 10 monthly instalments. The first payment is due on the 1st April.

You need to pay your Ground Rent invoice immediately. 

Included with your actual service charge invoice will be a statement of expenditure and an individual statement of your account.

If your actual service charge is more than the estimated service charge, we will send you an invoice for the outstanding amount. You must pay the outstanding amount within 28 days from the date of the invoice.

If it is less, we will credit your account with the difference.
