How to pay your service charge

- Single payment using the invoice tear-off
slip at any bank, Post Office or at the Cashiers Office, Albert
Jacob House, 62 Roman Road, London E2 0PG. Instalment slips
which can be used at any bank, Post Office or at the Cashier’s
Office.
- Standing order mandate to set up payments
from your bank account – you can also use these details to set up
regular payments using internet banking.
- Reply paid envelope to send cheques and your
payment slip to the Cashier’s Office.
- In person by cash, cheque, postal order,
credit or debit card at the Cashier’s Office.
- Telephone banking – please make sure you
quote the invoice number, our sort code and account number as shown
on the invoice.
- By credit or debit card using the 24 hour
telephone payment line on 020 7364 3800 – you will need your
invoice number and card details or contact your leasehold
officer.
Don’t let your payment get lost.
However you choose to pay, make sure your
payment goes to the right account. Here are some tips
when paying your bill:
- Quote the 11 digit invoice number on all your
correspondence.
- Write the 11 digit invoice number on the back
of your cheque (You need to do this even if you are sending an
instalment slip or the tear off slip from the invoice itself.
Remember if your cheque has the correct invoice number on the back,
it is easy to allocate it to your service charge account – even if
the instalment or tear off slip gets separated from the
cheque)
- Make sure you quote the right invoice number
if you are using telephone banking to pay
