Building Insurance
As the landlords of your
block, the building Insurance is organised by the Council
(the landlord).
The building insurance covers only the
structure of the common parts of the block and does not
cover leaseholders for any damage, loss or theft of the
personal contents of their property. You must insure
your personal contents separately.
The Council’s building insurance is currently
supplied by Ocaso SA.
