How can I pay?
One-off Payment: You can pay
your estimated invoice in full. We will adjust your bill if we need
to when we send you the final invoice.
Interest-free monthly
payments: If you live in the property you own, you can pay
monthly instalments of 12, 24 or 36 months - depending on the
amount of your bill and your circumstances.
Interest free payments are only available to
leaseholders who live in the property.
Extended Loan: You may
be able to extend your payment period up to 5 years with interest
paid on the 4th and 5th years’ repayments –
depending on the amount of your bill and your circumstances. This
option is only available to leaseholders who live in the
property.
Personal loan: For larger
bills you may need to extend your payments over a longer period
than 36 months.
You could approach your bank or building
society about a personal loan or contact your mortgage lender about
re-mortgaging your home.
Council Loan – if your
property was sold under the Right to Buy in the last 10 years you
may be eligible for a Council loan. Other criteria apply.
