Key Leaseholder Scheme
At Tower Hamlets Homes, we’re keen to get more
residents involved in helping us deliver the quality services you
want. Which is why we're offering residents the chance to check on
how well we’re doing and suggest how we can improve through our new
Key Leaseholders Scheme.
What is a key leaseholder?
Key Leaseholders are people
like you, keen to work in partnership with Tower Hamlets Homes and
have ‘hands-on’ involvement checking communal repairs and other
works to your block or in your neighbourhood. You’ll be eager to
help us sort out any errors and disputes before we finalise the
charges for day to day repairs, and you'll be happy to give
feedback on frontline services.
There are plenty of ways for key leaseholders to get
involved:
- spot checking repairs and services to help us achieve excellent
standards.
- checking Leasehold Services new reports on block repairs,
caretaking and other service chargeable costs.
- checking cleaning standards in your block and
neighbourhood
- checking reports for usability and readability before they
are sent out to leaseholders.
- checking new map sites for accuracy and helping us spot any
errors before they are formally agreed.
