Getting involved
Residents are at the heart of everything we do. We want to
make sure that you have a say in how we deliver housing
services to you. Our leaseholders’ focus group is a great way
for you to get involved and have your say.
The focus group is open to all our leaseholders and freeholders,
so you’re welcome to come along. It now meets every month and
discusses issues like, customer satisfaction, service charge
estimates and service charge actuals.
