For leaseholders
This section tells you more about your rights and
responsibilities as a leaseholder, and some advice on
living in your home.
If you need help to understand it or if you have any questions,
please contact us.
What's on
We’re keen to get more residents involved in
helping us deliver the quality services you want. Which is why
we're offering residents the chance to check on how well we’re
doing and suggest how we can improve through our new Key
Leaseholders Scheme.
We have around 170 mapsites
describing many of our estates and communal
areas. Mapsites are important because they help us
calculate leasehold charges such as horticulture and
caretaking services. Check your mapsite
here.
Independent Audit of Leasehold Service Charges
In 2010 an independent audit of how we
calculate leaseholders’ service charges was carried out. You
can see the full report on the
council website. We are continuing to work with
Leaseholders to implement the audit recommendations, and you’ll get
updates on this work in Leaseholder Focus and here on our
website.
