Leaseholders' Area Meetings

Your feedback is really important to help us improve our services to leaseholders.

We want to hear what you think we should do to improve our horticulture, caretaking and repairs; and what the priorities should be for your area. Neighbourhood housing officers, caretaking services, leasehold services and Mears, our repairs contractor, will be there to listen.

Key Leaseholder Scheme: more ways to get involved and improve services

We’re keen to get more residents involved in helping us deliver the quality services you want. Which is why we're offering residents the chance to check on how well we’re doing and suggest how we can improve through our new Key Leaseholders Scheme.

Mapsites

We have around 170 mapsites describing many of our estates and communal areas. Mapsites are important because they help us calculate leasehold charges such as horticulture and caretaking services. Check your mapsite here.

Independent Audit of Leasehold Service Charges

In 2010 an independent audit of how we calculate leaseholders’ service charges was carried out.  You can see the full report on the council website.  We are continuing to work with Leaseholders to implement the audit recommendations, and you’ll get updates on this work in Leaseholder Focus and here on our website.
