Which homes are included in the Decent  Homes programme

Year two

If your home is included in Year 2 of the decent homes programme, a Resident Liaison Officer will visit you to find out what your needs are.

We will carry out a survey of your home, looking at the kitchen and bathroom, and whether you need your electrics and heating upgraded.  We will talk to you about what you want so we can design a kitchen that meets your needs.  The Resident Liaison Officer will explain to you what happens during the works and show you the kitchen unit and colour options.

We will also need to complete a questionnaire with you to make sure we are taking into account any personal needs you may have, such as mobility issues or getting information to you in another format.

These surveys can take some time so we will try to visit you when it is convenient for you.

The Decent Homes contractor will have a site office in your area, so you can visit to see samples of kitchens and bathrooms, and ask any questions about the work.

You can find out which blocks are included in Year 2 by following the link below.

To make sure tenants get works to homes that most need need them we have recently reviewed Year 2

This means some homes previously scheduled for Year 2 may now be re-scheduled for future years.
