Preparing for the work in your home

Work to install your new kitchen and bathroom will take up to 20 working days depending on the results of a survey of your home or if there are any unforeseen circumstances.

Your contractor may not always require access to your home all day, every day, but your Resident Liaison Officer will speak to you to let you know if they only need to visit for a short time during the day.

There will be a lot of work to do. This will mean some disruption and inconvenience to you. Your Resident Liaison Officer will discuss this with you during the initial visits to your home so you know what to expect.

Your contractor will do an pre-condition survey of your home one or two days before the works start to make sure that they are able to leave your home in the same condition as they found it.

Your Resident Liaison Officer will contact you to arrange this.
