The One Stop Shop is a high profile face-to-face customer
service enabling access to a wide range of services within the
London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
We aim to put customers first and our officers are there to provide
information, advice and solutions to your enquiries.
For your convenience, our offices are open 6 days a week at various
locations throughout Tower Hamlets (see links below).
Tower Hamlets council’s One stop shops offer face-to-face contact
and provide information and support with accessing all of the
council's services.
We are experienced customer care professionals who aim to put the
needs of the customers first and provide advice on, or solutions
to, enquiries about council services.
