Local Service Centres

Your Local Service Centres offers face to face contact for
all our housing services, things like:
- carry out viewings and welcome interviews for new
residents
- help new residents settle into their new home and local
area
- carry out estate inspections with residents
- help tackle hate crime, domestic violence and anti-social
behaviour
- taking housing management action and enforce the rules
- give you advice about your tenancy or lease
- let and manage estate parking spaces, garages and store
sheds
- help you look after your tenancy or stay independent in your
home with our housing eXtra services
And because the centres are located with the
council's One Stop Shops, you can access a wide range of
other services like benefits and parking advice at the same
time as dealing with your housing enquiry. You can also:
- pay bills like your rent, service charge or council tax
payments (but not parking bills or fines) at
the automatic telling machines (or ATM's)
- contact council or Tower Hamlets Homes teams using
the freephone service
- use free photocopying for council and Tower Hamlets
Homes related documents
