Inspiring Communities Fund

Tower Hamlets Homes is proud to announce that the Inspiring Communities Fund is now open for the 12th round of funding.

The Inspiring Communities Fund will offer grants of between £100 - £5000 to THH residents and community organisations with great ideas to improve their local neighbourhoods.

We are keen to fund locally-based social activities that bring people in THH neighbourhoods together. You can apply for funding to support local events, projects and activities: if you’ve ever wanted to start a Community Food Garden or set up an exercise class to benefit others in your neighbourhood – this is your chance.

Fokrul Hoque, community partnerships manager at THH said:

"There are so many people in the community who want to make a difference – our Inspiring Communities Fund is a good initiative which helps make projects a reality. If you’re a THH resident or a local community group, and you’ve got a great idea for a project that could make a real difference to your community – we want to hear from you!”

To apply, simply download, complete and return your applications by email to or by post to the Financial Health Centre, Raynham House, Massingham Street, E1 4EB by 5pm on Friday 7 February 2020.

(Please note the next round of this funding will re-open on 10 April 2020.)
