Information for Tower Hamlets Homes leaseholders

Given the current situation we recognise that many people will be facing financial difficulty.  We want to reassure you that we will take individual circumstances into account in relation to the payment of the upcoming service charge from April for 2020/21.

Please note that you should have already cleared your day to day service charge account by no later than February of this year (subject to any individual arrangements that have already been agreed).
If anyone has circumstances that prevent them from making payments, including those for major works, lifts and door entry systems then please email details to:

Please do not call us, as your circumstances need to be recorded in writing and currently we have a very restricted telephone service.

If you need to contact us about anything else please also use the email address above.

Please note that any restriction of services will be taken account of when we issue the actual service charge account in September 2021. We do not envisage this will apply to any significant degree for the September 2020 actual bills.

We are always keen to work with you and help wherever we can. We trust you are abiding by the Government’s current advice concerning the virus and that we get back to normal as soon as we all can.
