Direct debit collection

We have recently changed the supplier who manages our direct debits.

We experienced an issue with the first attempted collection run (for those who pay by direct debit on 12th of the month. This meant that we did not collect money from accounts as planned.

This has been resolved, and the money will now be collected on Monday 18 June. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
