Problems with water supply at Siege House

We’re aware that residents of Siege House are experiencing problems with their hot and cold water supply. This has been caused by failure of the block’s boosted water pump. We have ordered new parts and we expect these to arrive on Tuesday (15 March).

We are sorry for the disruption and we are doing all we can to help. Standpipes have been set up to provide a temporary source of water and buckets are available for any resident who requires these.

Our caretakers will be on-site this evening (Friday 11 March) and over the weekend to assist residents in any way they can e.g. helping to get water from the temporary supply to individual homes.
