Important changes to our payment system

  • Between Monday 23 May 2016 to Thursday 26 May 2016, we will not be taking ANY payments (rent, service charge, garages, car spaces or sheds) by phone or web. This is so we can upgrade the new payment system.
  • From Friday 27 May 2016, all payments will be automated - you can still call us on 020 7364 5015, but you will be transferred to the new automated payment line to complete your transaction. You will still have the option to discuss your payments with an adviser, should you wish. Please note: we are experiencing a few teething problems with the new technology. Please bear with us - we're working hard to get the new system working fully.Thank you.

Remember

Tenants:
If you need to make payments to THH, you will need to make them outside of the dates outlined above or use a different way to pay. You can pay your rent or other charges at any Post Office or PayPoint using your rent card. You can also call our existing automated payments line on 020 7364 3800 (there is no option to speak to an adviser on this number).

Leaseholders:
If you rent a garage or car parking space, you can make payments using your rent card at any PayPoint or Post Office. Alternatively you can call our existing automated payments line on 020 7364 3800 (there is no option to speak to an adviser on this number) or pay by Direct Debit or Standing Order.

Do It Online
If you’re a resident, and would like to check your rent balance before making any payments, you can sign up to See My Data on our website. See My Data will provide you with up to date balance on your rent account. And if you prefer, you can also set up a standing order with your bank to make any payments.
