Some of our lifts have been vandalised and for safety reasons we have had to take them out of service.

We're doing all we can to repair them as quickly as possible.

We have told residents affected by the service disruption, and we are doing all we can to help our most vulnerable residents. We have also told the police.

If you need more information or help with this matter, or if you know anyone that has been affected and needs our support, please let us know on on 0800 376 1637 or 020 7364 5015.

Blocks affected include:

  • Thomas Hollywood House, Approach Road
  • Tylney House, Nelson Street   
  • Piggott House, Sewardstone Road  
  • Goodrich House, Sewardstone Road   
  • Cleland House, Sewardstone Road 

Posted 28 July 08:45 One of two lifts now back in service at Thomas Hollywood House. We are working to get the others up and running. We will continue to update residents with news as we have it, and make sure all residents that need assistance get it. 

Posted 28 July 9:55 Some residents on the Collingwood estate are experiencing a disruption to their water supply. Our contractors are on site and will fix the problem as quickly as they can. We're also setting up a standpipe.

The water supply issues on the Collingwood estate have now been resolved. We will continue to update residents with news on the lifts as we have it, and make sure all residents that need assistance get it.
