Service Development Groups

Our Service Development Groups help us to improve the services we deliver to residents. The groups are made up entirely of local residents. There are five groups: 

  • Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)
  • Environmental
  • Leasehold 
  • Repairs 
  • Resident Access 


ASB Service Development Group 
looks at ways to improve and drive down anti-social behaviour in our neighbourhoods.

Environmental Service Development Group looks at ways to improve caretaking, gardening, tree maintenance, concierge service and other services that affect our estates.

Leasehold Service Development Group looks at ways to improve Leasehold Services (e.g. billing information, payments, and leaseholder consultation on major works).

Repairs Service Development Group looks at ways to improve the repairs service and to make sure we meet the standards residents expect from an excellent repairs service.

Resident Access Service Development Group works to ensure THHs services are accessible and customer focused for every resident - be it face to face, phone, email, twitter, facebook or letter.

Meetings are held every 6 to 8 weeks in the evening at:

All THH residents are welcome to attend the Service Development Groups as observers, but only Service Development Group members may take part in any discussion.
