Tower Hamlets Homes is an Arm's Length Management Organisation. We were set up in 2008 to manage approximately 22,000 homes for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
What we do
We are responsible for:
- Keeping the estates clean and tidy
- Carrying out repairs and block maintenance
- Keeping homes safe
- Collecting rent and service charges
- Managing anti-social behaviour
- Tenancy and leasehold management
- Selling homes under the Right to Buy
